Use of Templates:

However, it is strictly prohibited to compile or create packages of the templates from our member area with the intent to resell them. If we identify any such practices, your account will be immediately deactivated without prior notice.

In cases of account cancellation, deactivation, or banning, we are not obligated to refund any payments. However, you have the right to request a review by contacting support@canvalayouts.com to determine if the issue resulted from an error on our part or a system failure, in which case we may reactivate your account.

We reserve the right to deny future purchases to individuals who have had their accounts canceled, deactivated, or banned. If a new purchase is made, access will be revoked again without prior notice. Any attempt to bypass our system will result in a permanent block of both the account and IP address.
