Refund Policy
1.1 Right to a Refund for Subscribers:
We strive to provide high-quality products. You can download up to 3 templates for evaluation. If you are not satisfied with the templates or have difficulty using them, you may request a full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase. However, if you download more than 3 templates, a refund request will not be possible due to the digital nature of the products.
1.2 Refund Request Procedure:
To request a refund, contact us via email at (support@canvalayouts.com) and provide the necessary information. We will review your request and, if it complies with our policy, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
1.3 Right to a Refund for One-Time Purchases:
If you are not a subscriber of Canva Layouts, refunds will not be available for the purchase of one or more templates, as the product is digital and accessed/downloaded content cannot be returned. Exceptions apply only in cases covered by legal guarantees.
